The Communications, Space & Technology Commission ( CST ) granted a Landing Stations and International Cable Services Permit to the Technical Links Services ( TLS ), with the company’s anticipated investments reaching SAR 375 million (USD 100 million), to develop the telecommunications sector, maximize the utilization of companies’ existing infrastructure, foster an enabling environment for advanced technologies, and attract global technology pioneers.
