Smartworks Posts ₹13 Cr Profit In Q1, Revenue Zooms 44% YoY To ₹546 Cr

Coworking space provider Smartworks posted a consolidated net profit of ₹13.1 Cr in the first quarter of FY27 as against a loss of ₹4.2 Cr in the same quarter last year. However, profit declined 21% from ₹16.6 Cr in Q4 FY26. Operating revenue for the quarter under review jumped 44% to ₹546.2 Cr from ₹379.2 Cr in the year-ago quarter.
