Cognizant to Acquire DyFlex Solutions to Expand SAP Capabilities

Cognizant has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DyFlex Solutions, an Australia-headquartered SAP services provider, expanding its planned SAP and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities in Australia and New Zealand. The proposed acquisition would add DyFlex’s advisory, implementation and managed services capabilities to Cognizant’s technology services business. Financial terms were not disclosed.
