Mobility startup NeoFleet raises $4M pre-seed for emerging market fleet financing

Cyprus-based mobility finance startup NeoFleet Capital has successfully closed a $4 million pre-seed funding round comprising a mix of equity and debt. The capital injection will accelerate the company’s corporate taxi fleet financing operations across emerging markets while laying the early groundwork for future autonomous vehicle infrastructure.
