Marico Acquires Additional Stake In Plix For ₹1,012 Cr, To Complete Buyout By July 2027

Marico has acquired an additional 24.09% stake in plant-based nutrition and personal care brand Plix for ₹1,012.03 Cr in an all-cash deal, taking its total holding in the startup to 84.09%. The latest transaction is part of an agreement to acquire a total 38.18% stake from Plix’s founders and certain other shareholders. Marico plans to acquire 14.09% stake in July 2027.
