Blink Digital sues Meta over disabled accounts. Are other Indian businesses facing similar issues?

Digital advertising agency Blink Digital India has sued Meta in the Bombay High Court after it disabled four of the agency’s Business Manager accounts , the tool agencies use to run client ad accounts, pages and campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Blink is seeking a declaration that the disabling is illegal, along with damages, according to the court’s order dated September 10. Neither of the court’s two orders records why Meta disabled the accounts.
