HelmGuard raises $7.3m to replace compliance paperwork with AI agents

London startup HelmGuard has raised $7.3m in seed funding. It uses AI agents to check how companies manage security and compliance. Infinity Ventures and Frontline co-led the round, the company said in its funding announcement on 9 September.
