Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4 Add Eight New Health and Fitness Features

Apple has made eight new health and fitness features public for the Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4 , as stated by Apple. These new features consist of a redesigned Health Sensing System, the ability to continuously monitor heart rate every five seconds, more frequent sampling of heart rate variability, and a new VO2 Max test. The Series 12 is priced at $399 and the Ultra 4 at $799, and preorders are now open with the watches becoming available on Friday, September 18.
