Apple Watch SE 3 is Suddenly Unavailable

Apple is holding an event this Wednesday to announce new iPhones and Apple Watches, but an Apple Watch SE 4 was not expected tomorrow, as new generations of the Apple Watch SE have never been released in back-to-back years.
