Africa Jobs Fund backs Velocity to expand global labour mobility

The Africa Jobs Fund has officially invested in Velocity, an innovative labour mobility startup dedicated to training African nurses and placing them in high-paying roles within the German healthcare system. Launched in Kenya in June 2025 by co-founders Lalit Kumar, Siddharth Gusain, and Betty Chelangat, Velocity will utilize this fresh capital injection to rapidly scale its operations into two new markets: Malawi and Zambia. This investment aligns seamlessly with the core mandate of the Africa
