Vodacom Appoints Former JSE CEO Leila Fourie to Board

Vodacom Group Limited has appointed former Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) Chief Executive Officer Leila Fourie as an alternate director to the company’s chairman, Saki Macozoma, effective October 9, 2026. Fourie will serve as an alternate director until Macozoma’s retirement on July 20, 2027, after which she will be appointed as a full member of the Vodacom board. Fourie brings extensive experience across payments, investment banking, retail banking and capital markets.
