Baidu’s Xiaodu schedules AI hardware launch for Sept. 8

Baidu’s smart-device business Xiaodu will unveil new hardware at a product event on Sept. The lineup includes smart displays, Tiantian companion screens, smart speakers and cameras featuring the company’s upgraded Chaoneng Xiaodu AI assistant. The invitation also lists a second-generation AI monitoring agent for Xiaodu’s cameras.
