Ghana launched Marrify in Accra on August 28, and most of the coverage since has focused on how this platform can be used to check whether a person you’re about to marry is already married to someone else. That’s a real use case, and Ghana’s Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection said as much at the launch, held at GIMPA. But the real story isn’t the relationship drama.
