Starlink Goes Live in UAE After 10-Year License

Starlink has officially launched its satellite internet service in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), days after securing a 10-year license from the country’s telecommunications regulator. The satellite internet company announced the launch on September 3 through its official X account, confirming that its high-speed, low-latency internet service is now available in the UAE. “Starlink’s high-speed, low-latency internet is now available in the United Arab Emirates!” the company said.
