rustup 1.29.1 brings concurrency improvements

The team behind the rustup installer for the Rust programming language has released an update to the command-line utility. Announced September 1 , rustup 1.29.1 improves concurrency in two rustup operations, according to the Rustup Team. Now, when running rustup update , rustup will first check for possible updates in parallel.
