Pentagon Gives 3 Million Personnel Access to Its Own ChatGPT and Grok

The Pentagon has expanded its artificial intelligence arsenal with secure versions of OpenAI’s ChatGPT and xAI’s Grok, giving millions of US military and civilian personnel access to the tools through its dedicated AI platform. The two systems, known as ChatGPT Mil and Grok for Government, are now available through GenAI.mil, the Department of Defense’s secure generative AI platform. They join Google’s Gemini, which was the first major AI model made available through the portal.
