OYO parent Prism to launch AI agent for end-to-end hotel operations

IPO-bound Prism, the parent entity of OYO, is building an AI agent that will run a hotel’s daily operations end-to-end. Called GM Agent, the AI system will execute tasks such as reconciliation, vendor renewals, occupancy calls and review action plans, “without a human triggering each step”. “This is the shift from AI that assists hotel operations to AI that runs them,” the company said in its FY26 annual report .
