InsuranceDekho, RenewBuy announce merger to build pan-India insurance distribution platform

Two insurtech startups, InsuranceDekho and RenewBuy, have announced a merger to build a pan-India insurance distribution platform. According to a company statement, the combined entity will bring together InsuranceDekho’s strong presence in northern and western India with RenewBuy’s network in the south. The merged business will have a premium book of over Rs 6,600 crore, more than six lakh digital partners, and coverage across 98.57% of India’s pin codes as of March 31, 2026.
