Porsche and TCS put AI at the centre of a five year mobility deal

Porsche AG and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) are joining forces to expand the use of artificial intelligence (AI) across the automaker’s manufacturing, engineering, operations, and customer experience functions. The partnership includes a five-year strategic deal and a proposed acquisition of Porsche’s Germany-based management and IT consulting subsidiary, MHP. The transaction would see TCS, through its subsidiary, acquire 100% of MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH.
