Supplement to the December 2025 Energy Sector Incident Report

During the attack on the energy sector at the end of 2025, there was also an incident at the second thermal power plant. We are publishing a report with details of an investigation lasting over three months, which resulted in the discovery of a previously unobserved attack vector in the form of a private APN.
