Windows Insiders Must Update Before August 11 as Flight Certificate Expires Across All Channels

Microsoft advises Windows Insiders to update their PCs before August 11, 2026, when the current Windows Insider flight certificate expires. The latest Insider builds include a renewed certificate that applies to all Insider channels, including Experimental and Beta, not just the Canary Channel. Insiders who do not update will receive an expiration warning and will no longer receive automatic background updates after the certificate expires.
