Freshworks Turns Profitable In Q2, Revenue Up 16% YoY To $237.4 Mn

Nasdaq-listed SaaS major Freshworks reported a net profit of $3.2 Mn in the second quarter ended June 30 (Q2 CY26) as against a net loss of $1.7 Mn in the corresponding quarter last year. Sequentially, Freshworks swung to profit from a GAAP net loss of $4.8 Mn in Q1 CY26, as growing adoption of its AI products boosted its performance. Revenue grew 16% to $237.4 Mn from $204.7 Mn a year earlier, while sequential revenue increased 3.8% from $228.6 Mn.
