Klassroom IPO Oversubscribed 1.18X On Day 3 Till Now

Edtech startup Klassroom’s IPO was completely subscribed on the final day of bidding. As of 13:20 IST, the issue received bids for  20.74 Lakh shares against a total size of 17.58 Lakh shares on offer, translating to an oversubscription of 1.18X. The momentum continued to be shouldered by retail investors (RIIs), who have placed the highest number of bids for 12.76 Lakh shares against 8.18 Lakh reserved for them.
