Apple overtakes Nvidia as world’s most valuable company

Apple has reclaimed its position as the world’s most valuable publicly listed company, overtaking Nvidia as investors increasingly reward disciplined capital spending over aggressive investment in artificial intelligence infrastructure, according to reports by Yahoo Finance and the Emirates News Agency (WAM). The iPhone maker’s market capitalisation rose to approximately US$4.94 trillion, surpassing Nvidia’s US$4.83 trillion, after Apple shares gained around 1 percent.
