Dimension Data secures $2.9 million to expand Nigerian fibre network

Dimension Data Limited , a major ICT and technology infrastructure provider in Nigeria, has successfully raised $2.9 million (₦4.05 billion) through a Series 1 corporate bond. The capital raise marks the opening tranche of a broader $14.7 million (₦20 billion) bond program designed to aggressively scale the company’s terrestrial fibre-optic network and enterprise infrastructure across the country. The deal closed following formal regulatory clearance from Nigeria’s Securities and Exchange Commis
