IFC proposes €25 million equity investment in Amethis MENA Fund III

The International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group , has disclosed a proposed equity commitment of up to €25 million (approx. $27 million) to the Amethis MENA Fund III (AMF III). Alongside the core fund commitment, the IFC has proposed a €15 million co-investment envelope, allowing the multilateral lender to directly back high-growth portfolio companies alongside the fund.
