The EU’s AI transparency deadline is weeks away. Is your enterprise ready?

Providers and deployers of AI systems: You only have a couple of weeks left until you must explicitly inform users when they are interacting with AI content. To assist in the effort, the European Commission (Commission) has published guidelines to help AI deployers get in line with the AI Act’s transparency obligations, which will begin to go into effect on August 2. After that, companies providing AI systems must alert users when they are interacting with AI.
