Mixx Technologies Acquires Sophic Silicon, Partners With Kaynes Semicon

US-based deep-tech company Mixx Technologies, Inc. has announced the acquisition of Bengaluru-based Sophic Silicon Technologies and entered into a multi-year manufacturing collaboration with Kaynes Semicon Private Limited, strengthening India’s role in the global AI semiconductor value chain. The acquisition integrates Sophic Silicon’s analog mixed-signal semiconductor IP and engineering team into Mixx Technologies.
