China has spent years talking about bringing artificial intelligence (AI) into classrooms. At this year’s World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), one demonstration showed what that vision increasingly looks like in practice. The technology came from iFlytek, the Hefei-based artificial intelligence company that has spent more than two decades building one of China’s largest speech and language AI businesses.
