Threads Rolls Out Parental Supervision Tools for Teens

Meta is rolling out parental supervision features to Threads , giving parents and guardians more control over how teenagers use the social media platform. The new tools will be available through Family Center , Meta’s parental control hub, allowing families to monitor screen time, manage privacy settings and set usage limits for teen accounts. The rollout comes as regulators and lawmakers continue to pressure social media companies to strengthen online protections for younger users.
