Zambia Reinforces Cybersecurity and Privacy Through Cyber Crimes Act

The Zambian government has called on citizens and public servants to strictly comply with the Cyber Crimes Act No. 4 of 2025, reaffirming that the legislation remains fully in force as a key component of the country’s legal framework for protecting privacy, strengthening cybersecurity, and promoting the responsible use of digital technologies. In a statement issued by the Ministry of Information and Media, the government said the enactment of the Cyber Crimes Act reflects its commitment to build
