Ather Energy Raises ₹1,300 Cr Via QIP At ₹1,202 Per Share

Electric two-wheeler maker Ather Energy has raised about ₹1,300 Cr through a qualified institutional placement (QIP), allotting 1.08 Cr equity shares to investors at an issue price of ₹1,202 per share. The issue price was about 2.8% higher than the ₹1,169.70 apiece floor price set by the company. The QIP opened on July 15 and closed yesterday, the company said in an exchange filing.
