Meta Goes on Trial in Tennessee Over How Instagram Was Designed

Meta, the company that owns Instagram, is currently facing a lawsuit in Tennessee. The state is investigating whether Meta is accountable for the design of Instagram. Jury selection for the case will start today in Nashville, led by Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti.
