Neo Security bags $100M to build the secure control layer for enterprise AI agents

Agentic software control startup Neo Security Inc. said today it is exiting a years-long spell in “stealth” mode after raising $100 million in funding. The round was led by top tier venture capitalists in Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, and saw participation from Craft Ventures and Merlin Ventures.
