Building an AI product has become easier than getting people to use it consistently. Decide, a three-person startup based in Lagos, is betting the next competitive advantage will come less from building a better model than from putting its software where work already happens. That strategy took its first public step on July 17 with the launch of Decide for Work , an enterprise offering designed to distribute the company’s spreadsheet AI through workplaces, co-working spaces and universities inst
