South African Startup Cue Raises $5 Million to Expand AI Customer-Service Platform

South African customer-service technology company Cue has secured $5 million in fresh funding to accelerate the development and international expansion of its artificial intelligence platform. The investment round was co-led by Knife Capital and FAM Investments. Cue plans to use the capital to strengthen its AI agents, introduce more advanced voice capabilities, improve security and expand integrations for large enterprise customers.
