Most security leaders I know working on AI robotics are being shown the same kind of video. A humanoid folds a shirt, sorts a bin, walks a warehouse aisle and a vendor uses the clip to move an embodied AI system from pitch to purchase order. Robot demos create procurement momentum before security teams receive the artifacts needed to evaluate the system as cyber-physical infrastructure.
