West Africa Charts Path to Digital Sovereignty at SIPEN-UEMOA 2026

The fourth edition of the International Salon of Digital Economy Professionals of UEMOA (SIPEN-UEMOA 2026) concluded in Ouagadougou with a set of recommendations aimed at accelerating digital transformation and strengthening digital sovereignty across member states of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA). Held on July 14 and 15, the event brought together stakeholders from across the region to discuss Internet governance, digital infrastructure and cybersecurity.
