US makes it easier to export Nvidia AI chips and military equipment to the UAE

The United States has eased export controls on the United Arab Emirates. This change allows easier access to Nvidia AI chips and military equipment. Approved UAE companies and US firms operating there will receive license-free advanced computing items.
