The success of AI depends on the preparation of the workforce

Enterprise adoption of AI is outpacing workforce readiness, according to a new study from Kyndryl, which reveals that only 23% of managers believe their organizations are ready to implement AI at scale. The report finds that 57% of organizations have deployed AI widely or integrated it into core business processes, while 77% have expanded the use of generative AI to multiple functions.
