PRISM DRHP: A Look At Shareholding Pattern & Key Personnel

OYO parent PRISM has filed its updated DRHP for a fresh issue-only IPO with the SEBI. As per the company’s draft IPO papers, the public issue will consist solely of a fresh issue worth ₹6,650 Cr. This marks the third attempt for OYO to go public.
