Google just teased Gemini’s next big leap for cars, and it looks surprisingly useful

TL;DR Google has demonstrated an experimental Gemini feature that can answer questions about the world outside your car using its front-facing camera. The demo ran inside a Volvo EX60 with Google Built-in, and it currently appears to be the only vehicle that supports the feature. Google explained that Gemini won’t continuously monitor your surroundings and will only receive camera access after you invoke it.
