Adenia Partners acquires majority stake in Minet Group

Adenia Partners , a private equity firm specializing in growth investments across Africa, has acquired a controlling interest in Minet Group, one of the continent’s largest independent insurance brokerage and risk advisory firms. The majority stake was purchased from Capitalworks, with the transaction officially closing on 30 June 2026 following receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
