Telecom Namibia Appoints Armando Perny as Acting CEO

Following the recent resignation of the Chief Executive Officer, Dr Stanley Shanapinda, the Board of Directors wishes to inform stakeholders that Mr. Armando Perny has been appointed as Acting Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 July 2026, for a period of 1 month. Perny brings extensive experience and a deep understanding of Telecom Namibia ’s operations and strategic priorities.
