Uganda Communications Commission Backs ICT Lab at Buganda Kingdom Library

Uganda’s communications regulator is exploring a partnership with the Buganda Kingdom to expand digital access and strengthen digital literacy through community-based initiatives. Executive Director of the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC), Hon. Nyombi Thembo, held discussions with a delegation from the Buganda Heritage and Tourism Board led by Najibu Nsubuga on a proposal to establish a modern ICT laboratory at the Buganda Kingdom Library.
