LTA and Liberia’s Youth Ministry Launch 15 Digital Skills Hubs

The Liberia Telecommunications Authority (LTA) and the Ministry of Youth and Sports have signed a memorandum of understanding to establish 15 Youth Digital Skills Hubs across Liberia as part of efforts to expand access to technology and digital education for young people. The initiative aims to create dedicated learning centres that will provide young Liberians with access to digital tools, internet connectivity and technology training opportunities. The project is expected to strengthen digital
