CRA – new obligations for software producers and benefits for users

The Cyber ​​Resilience Act (CRA), i.e. Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 of the European Parliament and of the Council, introduces uniform requirements for cybersecurity of products with digital elements throughout the European Union. The aim of the regulation is to increase the level of security of products available on the EU market and to ensure effective response to vulnerabilities and security incidents.
