Incode acquires Identiq, commits $100M to privacy-first identity tech

Identity verification company Incode Technologies Inc. today announced that it has acquired Identiq Protocol Ltd., an Israeli startup that builds cryptographic tools letting companies share fraud signals without sharing the underlying customer data. Incode is treating the deal as the centerpiece of a $100 million bet on privacy-preserving identity infrastructure.
