Warning issued regarding ‘Boss Scam’! Scammers are targeting through WhatsApp messages, if trapped then everything will be looted

The Union Home Ministry has issued a warning to Indian citizens and organizations regarding the rapidly growing new 'Boss Scam'. According to government cyber security agencies, cyber criminals are now targeting senior government officials, corporate executives and CEOs through fake emails and credible-looking WhatsApp messages. The objective of ‘Boss Scam’ is to obtain sensitive financial and communication related information related to senior management of various organizations, which can lead to huge financial losses.
