In this survey, it was determined that a significant number of financial institutions are not sufficiently prepared to apply agentic AI to actual operating environments. Only 9% of financial institutions responded that they could connect content, communication, and transaction data in real time. Additionally, 52% of respondents said they were not confident that their governance structure was ready to support compliant adoption of agentic AI.
